Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and the importance of your character for the party, we request that you cancel at least 1 week before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot for the event. You may cancel by phone or by email to info@guiltypartymysteries.com. If you have to cancel your spot for the event, we offer you a credit for a future event if you cancel 1 week before the event, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future events. However, if you do not cancel prior to 1 week from the event, you will lose the payment for the event. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.

Guilty Party Mysteries reserves the right to cancel this event at any time. Examples for such cancellations are but not limited to: acts of god, venue cancellations, not enough people signed up for scheduled events, etc. A full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled by Guilty Party Mysteries.
